酒店很干净，住的舒服。美中不足的是洗脸台破了，有裂缝。看了不舒服。建议更换或者美化一下。

因为这家宾馆，我对杭州真是有了特别好的印象。卫生不错，服务到位，早餐也可以，周边因为修地铁所以不是很方便，挨着西湖也很近，在楼上可以看到保叔塔，如果这次没有雨，估计会更好。下次如果还是这样的价钱，还会入住的。谢谢。

酒店位置还可以，走路到西湖十几分钟左右，服务员服务非常一般，房间卫生条件还可以，不过价格不高，性价比还可以，希望服务可以改善。

酒店地理位置很好，房源很紧张，需要信用卡担保的，但是装修和设施需要提升档次了，否则对不起这个地段，当然了这个价位这个地段也只能这样了。因为是要在酒店参加会议，所以就住在这里了，总的来说还不错，值得推荐！
