酒店很新，各种设施齐全，服务态度很好，冰箱里的饮料和矿泉水都是免费的，我看别人的图片都有啤酒来的，我住了三天都没有啤酒提供，不知道是为什么。每天晚上有两盅炖品，特别贴心，还有入住的水果盘。
酒店里西溪湿地很近，空气不错。门前的路还未开通，找的话有一点点费劲。周围吃饭的地方不多，有个市场走路十分钟，周围有几个小饭店。去西湖打车四十块左右，打车去机场一百七左右，出行很不方便。

非常赞的酒店 离西溪湿地北门非常近 几分钟就可以走到 超喜欢房间里面的茶具和杯子 冰箱里还有啤酒和饮料都是免费的 挂耳咖啡和茶叶也都很好喝～入住当晚还贴心了送了果盘和两盅椰汁西米露到房间，酒店好多柿子小装饰 我们大年夜入住了事事如意房 得了个好彩头 离店时酒店还贴心的送了一个超可爱的小柿子胸针 非常感谢！以后还会再来的

酒店环境很棒，设施非常好，马桶很高档，洗澡用品也很不错，主要是周边吃饭方便，酒店里的菜式也很美味，从酒店出发，到西溪湿地公园大概十五分，离慢生活区也很方便，值得推荐！

#酒店餐饮#酒店设施都很好，环境也很好，酒店去西溪湿地大约十分钟，前台服务员杨淑敏态度特别好，服务很周到，酒店唯一不足就是早餐样式不多，因为我们淡季去的。酒店二楼有个书吧很好，楼顶有spa和泳池。

从服务到设计都是一级棒，网红泳池，干净舒适，柿子的主题跟一旁的西溪很是契合，正值柿树成熟的时节，各种事事吉祥的寓意，摆在了房门口，让人心情愉悦，另有晚安水果，点心，冰箱的饮料也很丰富，很满意，下次杭州还来
