设施有所老旧，个别房间的空调不给力，好在服务比较温馨，位置也还好，就是没有泳池，早餐也还可以。

办理入住手续很快，酒店地理位置很不错，可以看到千岛湖的城中湖，楼下就是公园，晚上很欢乐，但是酒店的隔音特别棒，非常安静！我和老公入住的是大床房，有着超大的落地窗，但是，空调就很不给力，因为西晒太阳，太热啦，联系酒店后，很快就有工作人员帮忙查看，而且让师傅帮我们调了风速，工作效率杠杠的，而且态度超级棒！但是制冷效果还是不行，期间工作人员还帮我们送来了电风扇，因为酒店入住率很高，当天没有空房。后来，在经理的帮助下终于换了一个房间。事情圆满解决！棒棒的！还有，酒店的早餐真的不错啊。但是，没有游泳池有点遗憾！

开元老牌星级酒店，虽然千岛湖龙庭开元已经有点年头了，但是总体的设施还是可以的。无论是服务还是卫生，都是非常让人满意，地理位置还是不错，6楼自助早餐大平台，直接可以看到湖景，视野非常好，餐厅服务好，吃的东西也比较丰富

环境很好，凑巧生日，还很贴心的送了一个蛋糕，感动ing，特别是方小芬总监，还有徐丽梅、王双花等等，服务真的很棒！下次还会再来！！！出门在外，感动感动！！！
