房间高大上，但今天碰上求婚仪式，噪声扰人。后经交涉调换房间。这酒店位置太冷僻，吃饭娱乐不方便。到市中心打的50元。酒店就是高档别墅，不适合旅游度假，外出吃饭还要打的。蚊子多，小朋友吃苦了，预订二天，实在吃不消，赶快走人。

早餐是配餐，送到房间的，量一般！绿城的建筑和设计真的很棒！跟宋老板（绿城原总裁）的不计代价，保证质量风格一致。但，这是一家酒店，不是住宅，酒店几乎没有服务可言，前台一个人，办理入住登记，其它就没什么人了，807空调不好用，卫生间几乎没有暖风，花园的灯也坏了，房间卫生打扫也不彻底，床头灰尘很大，有蜘蛛网和小蜘蛛，花园的花草多树败落，土都干了，无人打理。健身，游泳全无，户外泳池旁边有个告示，没有救生员，安全自理！建议酒店聘请专业的管理团队，提升管理水平。忘了说，我想给其它房间电话，问了前台，竟然也不知如何拨打！给我提了几个方案让我试试
