住过体验最差的民宿，王姓前台态度特别蛮横，对前台几个小妹粗言粗语，开始未查到我们的订单，跟艺龙确认半小时把客人凉在一边，态度一点不友好。被安排入住一楼简直是关在一个小黑屋，卫生条件很差，地板脏兮兮不说，被子还是潮湿的，蚊子也很多。退房时跟前台说寄个快递帮忙转交给顺丰，前台也非常不乐意，一点服务意识都木有。

离西湖近，唯一不爽的事是3305房间下水道散发出丑味，还好前台及时帮我换了房间，整体对酒店的感觉还是不错的

挺不错的酒店，酒店在坡的最上面，有几栋三层的小楼，还有露台，后面还有一个酒吧。酒店处处都是风景，交通也很方便，值得推荐！

三年前入住过，后来推荐给很多同事同学，都很喜欢。距离西湖、九溪、钱塘江都很近。酒店环境舒适，高低错落有致，被茶园小丘包裹其中，鸟语花香。
