艺龙非常垃圾，当初看中这一款可以返现一百多块，后来又不反，而且是不退不许改签，比正常价格贵了一百多块钱，因为下大雨想改签下周末，艺龙和酒店都不通融改签，因为带着孩子和老人，最后没有出发，浪费了一晚上五百多块钱，谁想睡谁去睡.艺龙客服服务很差不解决问题，就几个字我们没法退，霸王条款霸王条款.

酒店地理位置离西湖景区不远，出行方便，大堂工作人员非常热情，初次尝试了自助办理入住和退房，快速便捷。自助早餐品种蛮多的，足够管饱。晚上选择了酒店餐厅的套餐，感觉不是很满意。

地理位置一流，周边购物吃饭很方便，离西湖几百米，酒店服务不错，设施有点老，不过还算干净。自助早餐种类不算多，但比快捷酒店的好很多，值得推荐的是为住店客人准备的特惠中式套餐，158，178两种，性价比极高，而且味道很不错，四个人吃不完。

酒店坐落于长生路18号，紧邻延安路主要道路口，离地铁1号线龙翔桥站仅仅2个街口，离西湖也不远，周边购物乘车都非常方便。酒店外观不是很豪华，属于低调型的；闹中取静，白天游玩的累了一点也不影响夜间休息。原先订的是标准大床房入住时直接给我升到豪华大床房，有点小激动了。房间设施都不错，唯一有点小欠缺的是卫生间是浴缸的，这个不是很喜欢，感觉不是很干净；喷淋头是固定的，但水压大洗澡方便不需要手柄，水温也很好；客房服务比较周到随叫随到，其实服务要比硬件设施更重要，感觉很不错。酒店总台也会在退房这天电话提醒我们是否还要续订，很人性化服务。
