本来，以为酒店挺好，结果入住各种状况，房间不隔音，白天服务员在走廊大声讲话，其中好像是打扫的工具还碰在我的房门上。到了，晚上接待旅游团，那些旅客，晚上11点了，还在走廊里大声讲话。入住的时候，系统问题，等了半小时，还要顾客自己问好了吗。客房买点饮料，没零钱就说自己下去买！入住不提醒顾客退房时间，次日也不电话通知，我电话前台问可否延迟1点退房，他们说了可以，结果退房时被告知要缴纳20元违约金！真的很无语了，差评，1分！
