酒店是老3星，地毯很不干净，整夜散发出那种霉味，无法入眠，挂式空调噪音大，本来很安静的环境被这空调破坏了整晚，不能令人满意

离各景点太远，酒店设施陈旧，服务态度恶劣，卫生情况一般，一到晚上，基本无处可迋，外面漆黑一片，出门只有公交车，离市中心西湖景区有19站，夫人晕车，真是要命，下次坚决不去了！
