酒店视野很好，离万达也不太远，房间卫生干净整洁，服务热情，阿姨细心的帮我加了矿水，服务很棒！

我是提前订的普通大床房，到店的时候没有了，前台经理给免费升级了豪华大床房。酒店环境很好，卫生很干净，无论是前台还是客房服务员服务态度都很好，特别值得一提是，客房服务员，细心周到，发现我们的拖鞋湿了，还多放了两双拖鞋。酒店性价比很高，明天都提供红茶绿茶还有咖啡。早餐很丰富，自助餐，西餐中餐都有。地理位置也挺好，无论是去西湖，湿地公园，还是去杭州站，丝绸城，打车都很方便，大约40块钱左右的车程。去杭州旅行绝对值得推荐。我是打折的时候订的，179一晚，在杭州这样的星级酒店，绝对罕见。

还是不错的，交通也还可以，就是早餐用券没有提前说，券放在房间里浪费了，有点不人性化，因赶时间后面就不吃了……
