真不错，节假日540元豪华房的价格已经算是便宜的，毕竟走到西湖边也就7-10分钟左右。酒店细节处理的很好，刷牙杯，茶杯都在消毒柜里，有空气净化器，还有马桶卫洗丽。浴室淋浴和盆浴都有，床头还有手电筒。还送苹果和糖，二瓶矿泉水。

订的大床房，说是给升级成家庭套房，还没单间的大床房好，两个人住我你给我家庭套房有啥用？要求换，服务员以房满为由拒绝，非常差的一次体验

这趟长达一个月的旅行第一次给出全五分好评，不为别的，就是觉得性价比高。位置好，房间可以看到西湖。装修不算新了，但是维护的非常好 ，非常干净，房间里配有消毒柜，雨伞，加湿器，冲洗器，浴缸。小冰箱和电动马桶这样的星级标配就更不用说了。前台看我带小朋友，给了一个2.4米的超大床，楼层也给了升级，简直不要太贴心！400块的房住出了5星级的感觉，太值了🤣，不过洗浴备品是大瓶的力士，这么低的房价，毕竟还是需要控制成本吧🤔
