这是我住过最差的五星级，唯一的优点就是位置极佳。设施普通陈旧，卫生一般，完全不像钓鱼台或者威斯汀那样清洁阿姨分分钟都在打扫卫生，擦电梯。不会在住

朋友推荐的，酒店环境很好，服务态度也很好，主要是购物逛街也很方便，酒店的餐厅虽然贵，但确实很好，离西湖特别近，下次去还会订这边的酒店
