酒店位置很好就在西湖边，门口就是地铁站，可以通过地铁站到对面嘉丽中心商场，距离湖滨银泰也很近自行车过去几分钟，吃饭交通都便利，酒店自助早饭也还可以，就是刚开始给的房间在七楼，房间窗户很小空调打不起来太热，带着宝宝后来给我们换了8楼就好了。

这么大的酒店不开空调，打电话问前台，他说是中央空调，不可以开，5百多一晚的房间连空调都不开！希望可以改一下这个制度
