我不想说别的，就是差！！！我描述下过程，我老婆杭州出差，我给订这家离培训地点也就是弘元大厦比较近的米兰风尚，订的时候为了将房间保留至晚上，我还在线付了228元保证金，保留至次日6点，为保险起见我还在当天打电话询问，让前台给我留好房间，结果前台说所有舒适房都有窗户也都安静，叫我别担心没有必要留的，结果我老婆过去说没房间了直接安排一楼靠近前台一个狭小没窗户且一股霉味的房间了，我老婆好说话，加上也晚了，女的一个人不好再出去找了吧，也就住下了，后面联系艺龙协调也未果，确实说没房间了，我就纳闷了，艺龙这协调能力也不行，难道商家自行错误就没事如果我交了保证金没住就要收我保证金，商家就不应该给我赔偿或者换更好的房间给我老婆住，而是给个这么差的房间，我只想说这家酒店垃圾，服务差，完全不值得入住选择，请大家掂量，我不相信这样的服务是个例了，千万深慎重选择
