来住两天，整体都很满意。但是为什么差评？泳池员工 Jack 态度嚣张，一幅**样子，居然嘴里不干不净，这种员工的存在是什么？希望酒店管理人员能够严查，太损品牌形象，以后永远不会来了，身边朋友也不会再推荐，什么东西！

度假酒店在九溪景区内，如果想尽情游玩九溪景区的话，入住千禧性价比很高。如果恰逢雨季，这个酒店的性价比不算完美，因为预想的早晨九溪散步的计划会落空。
酒店服务环境还不错，早饭略略配不上房费的定位。
由于地处景区，赶在滴滴打车很方便。
离开市区距离较远，打车出去晚饭回程只有滴滴专车。

很棒！很棒！很棒！重要的事情说三遍！br从入住到退房，无论是前台还是客房服务搞卫生的阿姨都特别热情，服务态度都很亲切，酒店设施也很完善，环境更加满意！要不是个人时间问题肯定还会续住，下次再来杭州必选，重点还有宠物房。（就是早餐没吃到，起不来）

5.18入住，因有事单天晚上退房。直到6.6号信用卡对账单寄来，才知道时隔18天酒店还没有把押金1000元取消，简直无法理解。
