端午节之前去的 地方离地铁站很近 走路七八分钟吧 里面环境不错 最主要是前台的服务很好 很热情 我也是别人推荐来这个店的 真不错 下次还会去的 去西湖玩 没到登记的时间 但可以先把背包寄存在旅店 很好

去年去住的，总体不错，服务态度很好，就是刚开始难找点，房间也很干净，我个人平常对厕所很在意，这家酒店的厕所我觉得还是不错的，很干净。

据说换了老板，服务不如以前，每次入住了都会收到艺龙短信，要我提供入住人姓名，房号，不然没有积分和返现，明明就是你们艺龙和酒店的沟通问题，次次转嫁给我，过分。

地段不错，房间也不错，就是停车不方便，不过下次去的话还是会考虑住，毕竟离西湖也比较近，逛街也不远。
