垃圾的服务，好像机器人，第一次搞丢我客户的房间第二次一大早打扫卫生闯房间第三次预定的房间没有保留第四次定的房间客人没住也不通知也不退第五次今天户口本结婚证都不能算有效入住证件，这样豪华的酒店竟然这样的服务，我只能用垃圾形容了
