emmmmm因为离体育馆近才住的，16号中午到的，到前台办理入住和我说“你不是办理过了吗”。结果是她们搞错了人和房间。房间一直断网，光线也不好。重点是我住了两晚阿姨没给我换床单....因为前一天晚上我喝水洒在穿上了，回来还是湿的......还有就是卫生间积水严重，我好几次都被滑倒

为了看音乐会来杭州，离黄龙体育馆真的很近，走个三五分钟就到了。
因为是在商圈内，点外卖什么的都很方便。
隔音没有其他人说得那么差，去世还挺好的，听不到什么声音。不过也可能是房间位置的原因。
一点不可抗力就是杭州真的很潮。

还可以，算是比较干净的，性价比较高。看费玉清演唱会订的，离黄龙体育馆还是有点距离 ，要走十分钟左右。

前台服务非常好，主动提供了升级房型，退房的时候因为下雨天，行程被耽搁了，可以两点退房，性比价比可以说是超高了
