酒店很好找，交通方便，地铁1线凤起路下车就到，外观不大住宿环境还是蛮好的，预定的房型没有了服务员免费升级了别的房型

这个酒店的服务非常好。我爱人身体不适，需要生姜片，餐厅马上提供。还有一次，大堂有活动，主动请我们进包间用餐。炖罗卜块超好吃，物美价廉。地理位置也不错，离西湖不远，散散步就到了。离地铁站也近。购物、美食都方便。地处市区，相当安静。下次到杭州还要住这里。
