位置是非常便利的，离西湖打车不到10块钱。周围商场、餐厅都很多。只是酒店前台服务员态度冷漠，虽然一直在干活，但是给人的感觉是很不舒服的。门童和行李生的态度是非常和蔼的。房间比较旧，但还算整洁干净。早餐品类比较多，不过也就是标准的酒店餐，无功无过。

还不错，离西湖也挺近的，周边是商业区，出行可以选择这里，卫生间小其他还可以。

周边很方便，吃的东西很多。旁边的杭州大厦D座和B座都有外婆家，离西湖也不远。地理位置优越，酒店设施有些旧，服务不错。但是没有提醒我们入住期间有免费赠饮，4楼有美发室，给女儿剪了头发，180块。但房间的券可以抵50，也没有任何人提醒我可以用券。
