入住是因为朋友的介绍不过住了才知道物有所值618的携程网房价很公道酒店设施完全符合一家五星级酒店的标准服务态度相当不错

酒店环境相当舒适。落去西湖的话建议将自家车停在酒店里。坐地铁出行比较方便。酒店服务也相当满意，只是床小了点，才一米二。酒店的早餐还有改进的余地。

第一次去杭州入住这里，感觉非常非常棒！酒店大堂富丽堂皇，与门前修路的泥泞成鲜明的对比哈。前台大堂服务很温馨很礼貌，很舒服。房间硬件很好，床也软软的，尤其视野特别好，落地窗，街景尽收眼底。每个角落的卫生都很干净，住着让你绝对放心。酒店周边的设施齐全，吃喝玩俱全。距离机场也不算远。方方面面都很满意。不愧星级酒店！超赞！
