这次带着儿女和婆婆一起出行，看了千岛湖全部的五星级酒店，最终选了开元，主要是看中它的服务，车一开到门口就有服务生来帮忙搬行李，前台也是全程微笑，知道我带了孩子还送了四张游乐园抵用券，游乐园是我去过最大的一个了，房间也是很大，完全满足了我们一家五口的需求。可是泳池水温不够，不敢让宝宝下去游泳;早餐人多，但是东西没有宁波九龙湖开元的丰富;晚餐是美团上的358的套餐，鱼头汤是不错，可是鱼头不够入味，猪脚味道不错，可是其他的菜就不好吃了，早知道还是自己点菜了，但是开元以后还会去住的。

住过不少酒店了也不乏五星级的，这次印象特别深刻，服务特别到位，定时打扫，下午送水果，晚上还加送牛奶和小点心，比较了几个相关旅游APP软件显示，不愧为网评非常高的酒店。
入住恰逢圣诞，他们还安排圣诞老人送礼，太贴心了。

服务很棒，设施很好，地理位置得天独厚。非常感谢前台的巧克力还送了宝宝孔雀的尾羽，还有客房的张珍给妈妈送的绿茶和宝宝的小熊。整个酒店从内而外的舒服👍👍👍
