带着2个孩子出游预定了2个房间，在办理入住时遇到美女小美帮我们升级到套房便于我们照顾孩子真是非常感谢。酒店非常赞风景优美设施也好，还会继续入住的。

非常好的酒店，和朋友一家一起出行，专门给我们升级了带客厅的套房，两家人在一起其乐融融，小孩子很喜欢，泳池水温也不错，尤其值得推荐的是儿童乐园，地方很大，工作人员陈帅和谢振星非常热情，看到小朋友乘碰碰车还主动细心的检查安全带是否扣好，这点小举动很暖心，有这样的工作人员说真心话还真想下次再带小朋友来住这样的酒店，亲子酒店嘛，小朋友开心最重要。

酒店整体不错，风景优美，位于麒麟半岛，可直接观赏湖景。景观湖景房可观赏小部分湖景，自助早餐品种尚可，酒店配有室内游泳池和新开儿童乐园，小朋友很喜欢。总体对本次入住较为满意～

非常信赖开元的品牌，来到酒店果然和期望的一样，室外景观很漂亮三亚风情，前台小美非常热情，办入住给我们介绍酒店，还给我们介绍千岛湖得景区酒店刚刚开了1400多平米的游乐场，很多好玩的，下次有时间再来开元度假村的！

这次还选住开元是介于上次入住给我有太好的入住体验，所以……
可这次有点小失望哦，上次有水果，晚上有牛奶＋曲奇饼，还有很贴心的床头水，外加服务员老细心老细心的小纸条提醒，这次啥都没有耶。😊
