网上对比了好多家酒店，最终选择了这家（网评服务很赞），到酒店后的感受果然名不虚传！刚到酒店，前台接待专员晓安就很热情地招呼我们并为我们办理了入住手续；房间服务员吴明月虽未曾谋面，但贴心地给小朋友准备了小礼物及手写卡片，睡前的牛奶小朋友很喜欢；楼层的卫生服务阿姨碰到小朋友，还细心地准备了小玩具……其它餐厅、泳池、大堂等公共区域的服务人员态度都很热情，服务上的细节也很到位，总之，三天的住宿体验很满意，值得推荐！ps：酒店的餐饮也不错，就算下雨天，在酒店里游游泳、喝喝下午茶、欣赏下窗外的湖光山色也是很惬意的！

房间比较宽敞，服务很好，软件很好，硬件有待改进。美中不足就是健身房的设备太少，并且在一个走道里。周边配套太少，晚上连个便利店都找不到
