经常去萧山，平时入住金马，这次想离办事的地方近点，就选了萧山宾馆。1，空调从下午入住设定到15度，晚饭后回房间还是26度，那几天虽然气温不高，但还是比较闷热。所以在房间里赤膊的情况下，身上还有微汗，很难受。报酒店维修，工程师傅来房间检查，拿测温器对着出风口检查，清洗过滤网，还没修好，说可能电磁阀坏了，要爬上去维修，我说算了，己经9点半了。作为一个号称4星酒店，出现这样的问题，说明管理出问题了，你工程部师傅检查后发现不是马上可以解决的问题，应该反馈给酒店，酒店应该主动来给我换房，因为我连住2天。2，另说一下Wifi,连接时会发送验证码，可永远没有收到验证码，只能打电话给服务中心，问它要一个另时验证码，每天到零点失效，要再打电话问酒店拿另时验证码。回家后，我就想向开元集团官网投诉，想想算了，下次不会去住了，还是金马集团的酒店好。3，淋浴水小，而且水温不稳定。以上3点，就算是快捷酒店，也是基本配置，想问下萧山宾馆，你不脸红吗？

到萧山出差入住的，乘地铁2号线到人民路站B口出来左拐即可看到酒店。酒店交通便捷，吃饭购物便捷。酒店房间设施好，有浴缸，卫生好，安静。第一晚送水果，还会准备水果孢子。早上凭门卡在一楼吃早饭，7：00开始，早饭品种多，口味好。大堂气派，服务不错。赞。酒店离西山公园近，可以去玩。
