地理位置十分好，地铁站出来走5分钟就是。去西湖出门转左走5分钟，去外婆家，星巴克等各家食肆都不会超过10分钟。苹果店就在酒店后，半夜饿了，还有楼下麦当劳。龙翔桥还有公交车站，几乎所有景点都能到。去火车站，火车东站坐地铁就行，去机场到平海路尾的维景也不过走20分钟。酒店还有门童帮忙拿行李，房间都不错，很推荐！

位置很好，离西湖真的很近，交通方便，地铁公交都不远，知味观就在对面，还有肯德基，麦当劳。酒店的门牌很醒目，很好找，还有门童帮提行李，早餐还不错，该有的都有，小孩子很喜欢，网络信号也不错！值得推荐！

酒店位置很好，出门就是西湖。边上还有银泰，知味观，采芝斋，肯德基麦当劳等等购物餐饮的地方，坐公交车去灵隐，西溪湿地都很方便，坐地铁也很近。
房间设施还不错，窗户很大，但只有一个小口透气。外面比较吵，关上窗户以后就好很多。
但是晚上边上有个演艺中心，特别吵，关上门窗也没用，算是一个不足。
