号称准3星酒店，起码前台和各种设施像那么回事，6层楼也有电梯，还有商务楼层（商务楼层有钟点房，可惜不能预定，呵呵，提着行李来了，告诉人家没有了，让客人怎么想，难道再提着行李去找别的酒店吗。不知领导怎么考虑的，算一个败笔），最让人满意的是周末不提价。当地的习惯是，周末的价格要高一些，也算特色吧，但是人家不提价，赞一个！。卫生和设施都还不错，价格也合理，服务也算专业，还有餐厅，这个要说。餐厅是知味覌承包的，当地著名品牌，很不错，对外的，饭口经常满员。就是竟然没有早餐，也算一个败笔（当地的饭菜为什么那么油腻啊，虽然很入味，但是只要有肉，价格就奇高，一个什么鸡就要一百多，不解）。但是暇不掩玉，总的说来还是不错的，价格也合理，吃住行都方便，对客人来说还要怎样呢。

节假日前一天临时订的酒店，没得挑。酒店最大的优势是地理位置好，身处市中心的商业街，马路对面就是银泰，步行去武林广场10分钟，到西湖最多20分钟。酒店一楼就是老字号知味观，很方便。服务态度好，硬件设施一般，浴室灯开关不灵光，空调制冷很慢，房间光线不好，装潢陈旧，尤其是浴缸打扫的不干净，冲淋浴后还得跨出浴缸单独冲脚
