很好的一家酒店，楼下有消防兵站岗，安全系数很高，比起对面的维也纳也干净很多，不远处就是西湖文化广场，下次还选择到此入住。

非常不错的一次入住，孩子很喜欢。酒店内配件设施齐全。安全，卫生，安静，性价比高。酒店出门左拐沿运河边走，一路好风景，到西湖文化广场，超市，银泰，科技馆，自然博物馆。玩得尽兴，吃得开心。还有酒店的早餐也很不错的。

酒店在运河附近，离西湖文化广场很近，离地铁站也不远。去西湖湖滨景区和杭州东站各三站地铁。酒店属于浙江省消防总队休养所，也就是招待所，在消防总队大楼内，外面没有店招，迷糊的旅客问问停车场保安就可以。房间不大，设施还可以。早餐一定要早点去吃，我9点15去餐厅，已经空空如也。厨房临时做了碗面应付了一顿。总之，需要强烈安全感的建议住这里，毕竟在部队大楼里。对餐饮和服务要求高的还是考虑五星大酒店吧。
