干净整洁，环境设施不错，中间送了水果，本是很满意，结果一开门店经理端盘直接就往房间里面走，感觉征得同意再进会好些，印象深刻的一次。

桔子酒店一直是我喜欢的酒店，别具一格，温馨。这次虽然选的是无窗房，可是没感觉到任何不适，房间干净设施齐全，带有护发素的酒店让我好感倍增，很多细节都显得酒店很人性化。停车免费，周边繁华，我和老公散步到白堤，舒适自在。

这个酒店出门就有武林门公交站，公交站往前走一点又有地铁站，马路斜对面还有机场大巴，地理位置真的不要太好！办入住时前台小姐姐热情的服务与端过来的一杯菊花茶让整个旅途备感温暖，房间蛮不错的，卫生也干净，前台主动赠送出行指南点个赞，上面推荐的餐厅跟玩的地方不要太好，下面有图，确实挺不错的，下次来西湖还过来

本来订的大床房，前台说商务房更好，要加价升房，其实我是比较抗拒这种行为的，但是有过前车之鉴，一般主动提升房的，之前的都不怎么好。商务房一切都很合理，卫生很干净。酒店设施也齐全，比较高科技。不过一堆遥控器，要把前台交上来教怎么操作……用酒店配置的音响，哈哈，挺享受。位置不是路边，稍靠近一点，我让选择个安静的房间，打开窗是居民区。床很舒服～就是空调不可以自己调，杭州的酒店好像都是这样。开着暖气都快热死啦，杭州人到底有多怕冷？……
