前一天预订了离火车站比较近的智选假日～因为路况不熟绕了一大圈～晚了几分钟到店～被告知已取消订单～房间还有～但价格贵了～果断放弃～入住稍远的豪生～前台很热情～下单后马上办理入住手续～早上退房也无需等待～房间设施也很齐全～早餐50元一位～赶动车所以没去体验～下次去杭州还会再次入住～

服务态度差，空调效果不好，我打电话提出换个房间，打电话过程中就听到电话里头前厅人员对话说他是网上订的，还想换房间，我想说网上订怎么了，不想接网上的单你别挂上去啊，大家以后网上别订这个酒店，这家前厅人员对网上的订单服务大变样
