酒店位置特别好，出门就是西湖，服务也可以，就是设施确实是旧的，而且地毯卫生确实不行，灰很多，走路感觉会带起灰来，估计也是时间太长了。套房说是在背湖面而且在风箱上面晚上有噪音，所以天差价换了面湖的房间。发票不是酒店直接开出来的，由艺龙网站开的，自己还要付邮费，邮寄到发现是网站北京公司开出来的，到杭州出差开的北京发票，根本没法报销，哎

酒店位置紧靠西湖，出游特别方便。价位合适，网上标注大小22平米，有点谦虚，因为有个外加的阳台，房间并不显得拥挤。服务员非常热情，我要特别点赞一下。旁边有个菲乐中餐厅，菜做的很好。华侨饭店是我去杭州的首选酒店。

很小的时候就跟父母住过，这次特地帮爸妈再定了这里的房间怀念一下，地址位置没的说，房间也蛮大的，窗口能看见西湖，装修比较旧但是很干净，下次还会再入住的

出门就是西湖，从后停车场进出去地铁站能少走一两百米，地段很好，早餐完全中式，垫饱肚子那种，价格适中。酒店很老了，五六十年代建造的，那时候肯定也辉煌过。
