同程付钱后去的酒店，说他们电脑系统坏了，暂时不能入住，让我们在大厅等，问要等多久又说不知道，我们说房间能不能退掉我们去其它地方住，又说不能退，后来给了卡让我们先进房间，环境一般不说，最重要的就是没有网络，打电话问，说网络坏了，一直到第二天退房都没网，实在令人气愤，这是我住过最垃圾的酒店
