前台是新人，网上预约的房间，预付之后，仍需要支付押金。入住办理错了，把我们三个人登记在了一个房间里，办理入住前后半个小时左右。大厅身份识别系统坏了，身份证压在了前台，当天网上十二点左右连续打了三次电话沟通后，将所有身份证归还。
