酒店地理位置对于第二天要去灵隐寺的游客，那是非常棒，早餐后步行十来分钟就能到。餐厅布置清新雅致，但房间设施略显陈旧。餐品味道不错，江南特色小吃让人回味。酒店总体还是让人满意的。

绝对值得好评的一家小众酒店，位置是我最喜欢的西湖西侧山里面，房间也很大，而且外面一出去路边就是茶园，还有正在盛开的樱花!

大师设计的酒店建筑，一间客房约三位员工的体贴服务，超级舒适的体验。内廷花园比较现代，出门就是茶园，算是闹中取静了。小小的遗憾是毛巾不太好。

带孩子入住，得到了免费升级，升为套房，很满意，卫生十分干净，卫生间特别宽敞，智能马桶，洁白浴缸，早餐可自取或者单点，挺好的。
