酒店在市中心，方便饭后散步。酒店干净卫生，酒店有歌厅，晚上有点吵，当时订的是四楼，前台服务人员看见我们有带小朋友，所以建议我们升级，住五楼，还给我们安排了靠后的房间，安静。谢谢！有机会来玩还住这家酒店。

酒店环境很不错，期间发生了一点意外，本人穿着酒店提供的一次性拖鞋进厕所时，由于地面潮湿（之前洗了个澡）摔了个四脚朝天，厕所玻璃门被撞碎，酒店在得知此事后首先想到的是我有没有受伤，知道我腰部摔伤了（不太严重）立即派人给我买来云南白药膏和喷雾，还一直建议我去医院看一下（我觉得不严重就没去）。此次事件 ，酒店方面的态度和表现让我倍觉温暖，我个人给它的服务质量打??。另外，我建议酒店在每个房间厕所地面上铺一块防滑垫，以免再次出现客人滑倒摔伤事件！安全是一种状态，一存在不安全因素就积极改正，将风险降到最低！用心服务的酒店生意都会兴隆，祝福！
