绝对差评！！！就在去的路上，却被告知没电不能住！让我们退订，另找酒店！我们可是提前一个月订的呀！国庆节前一天晚上让我们哪找酒店去啊！前台也不知道何时来电！后来我们看完表演，又回到黑不溜秋的酒店等了半天，孩子又累又困地坐在大厅的椅子里，看着真可怜！她们还说有三辆车不停的送客人到别的酒店，后来送我们去新酒店的司机根本就不认识那家酒店，导航去的，都不认识大门在哪儿！前台服务人员这不是说谎嘛！！最后很晚了，我们才被送到离酒店5多公里的新开两个月的酒店！装修味道特别大！离市区特别远！！再说一点，前台服务人员在和我们解释处理方法时表现得非常不耐烦，还总翻白眼，作为服务行业从业人员又在服务跟不上的时候，还这种态度，让我们心里非常不舒服！她们危机公关的能力太差了！反正我是肯定不会去了！走过这么多地方还真没遇到过这么倒霉的事和这么倒霉的酒店！

整体环境还可以，不过好多人好多车！我们只是住了酒店没有去宋城！滑梯房，里面有一个滑梯和秋千还有一个圆的帐篷，宝宝们超级喜欢！从入住一直玩到晚上吃饭！房间很大，比西湖边划算多了！而且离西湖也很近！吃饭可以开车出去吃！有一个茶馆的农家菜很好吃！真的羡慕杭州人民的生活！
