房间灯光昏暗，只有小灯，床单破，上面还脏，当时订的时候不知道酒店位置这么偏，空调噪音很大，

酒店和宋城景区是在一起的，去宋城的话建议在这里住一晚。简单说一下优缺点，优点一是酒店离景区近，酒店出门口几分钟就进景区了，最近的三亚楼一分钟就到了。二是住在这家酒店，可以连续两天进景区游玩，但是必须第一天进景区时在入口处人脸识别，有单独的二次入园通道。三是酒店有景区酒店套餐，相对实惠一些。四是酒店总体还可以，服务，餐饮等。再说缺点，一是酒店和景区由于在一块，高峰期没有车位，即使住在酒店，车子也不让开进去，我是来回等了很长时间才让进的。二是服务不到位，个别服务人员态度差，早上自助早餐煮馄饨的服务员态度太恶劣了，我问了四五遍，“请帮我下一碗馄饨”，一直不理我，我等了五六分钟一直不给我，后来才知道在另外一边排队，他也不告诉我。我想想算了，到另外一边排队，轮到我了，我说“太少了，麻烦帮我加几个”，说了几遍，还是一句话也不回。太恶心了这服务。后来，我自己把两碗倒在一碗就走了。三是房间隔音太差。节假日涨价厉害，性价比一般吧。

酒店服务比较差，首先总台热心不够，仗着节日客流真多，爱理不理的态度使客人很不高兴，房间打扫该放的东西都没放，如矿泉水，茶叶等，节日收费增加了，服务质量是下降了，希望改进一下。
