给姐姐和小外甥定的房间，说是酒店确实还不错。不过刚刚小外甥跟我打电话说了个事，说是一个叫严琳琳的前台小姐姐被罚款了。原因是我姐姐的朋友帮她们把行李拎进房间没有登记结果被公安局的查了然后不由分说的罚酒店款了，因为当时是严小姐热情接待并送到电梯口的，也问了我姐朋友住不住，回答不住而且确实是送上楼就下来了。我认为这样是对严小姐很不公平。我住过酒店不下1000晚了，以我了解的，除了五星级酒店，全季这类的酒店往往是那些热情的员工才会主动去帮助住客，而且如果她不去帮忙开电梯，谁知道我姐朋友没有登机？就算被公安局罚款也不会怪到她头上。不知道贵店是否有规定所有入店的人员每次都要核实登记身份证，如果没有，我觉得这不是严小姐的过错，我小外甥昨天还很开心的跟我打电话说过这个酒店真不错，这里的小姐姐好热情，很喜欢这里，我猜说的应该也是这位严小姐。真诚的希望不要让一个能给住客带来亲切感和快乐的服务员因为某些不合理的规定受到处罚，我以后有机会也一定会来贵店住住，希望也同样受到严小姐的热情接待。最后，对于因为我姐朋友送行李而没有登记这件事给贵店造成的麻烦深表歉意。
