在西湖边上，酒店环境那叫一个好，郁郁葱葱的，参天大树，几栋小楼掩映在绿树丛中，不愧是疗养院改造的，旁边就是虎跑公园，还有一个什么少儿活动的，如果有时间在这附近都可以玩一天多，夏天去避暑很不错👍，唯一不好的是附近没有吃的，要么在酒店解决要么就要走出去三四公里，房间很干净整洁，一楼的还有除湿机，很周到，如果下次还去，肯定选你家的住宿

酒店介于西湖（7公里）、动物园（4公里）和宋城（3公里）之间的之江路上，临近钱塘江和六和塔，环境优雅，建在山坡上，进去是一个上坡的道路，绿化特别好！如果是夏天绿树浓荫的感觉会更好，里面的建筑也是分开的，一栋一栋的错落有致！我订的普通标间在5号楼，内部设施一般，但卫生尚可，被子也没有异味。前台的服务很好，提供杭州旅游地图，特别要感谢前台经理热情的服务，虽然我只是订了普通房间但是还亲自给我们办理入住和退房以及帮忙了解公交车信息（去西湖和宋城都可以在酒店门口公交站乘4路车）。另外可能是春节期间或是小孩的原因，房间里提供了一份糖果，女儿很高兴！谢谢酒店贴心的服务！另外就是酒店附近就有九溪派出所，不用担心安全的问题！
