房间不错，宽敞干净，还会赠送瓶装水。与楼道的隔音不是太好，卫生间灯光偏暗。早餐种类比较丰富，就是结束时间有点早。附近有公共汽车站可以直达景点，步行到西湖、河坊街也不远。

开车去玩，刚刚到杭州，直奔酒店，大跌眼镜，保安的态度绝了，不得不问下，杭州人都这么牛吗？因为是外地的车，因为车不够名贵，所以就有色眼镜？一个小细节就让我对杭州没兴趣了，第二天睡一天，第三天退房，以后如果还能去果断不会入住，但前台还是很礼貌的，房间的综合环境还行，但酒店地理位置不好，有点蹩脚，更像县城招待所，实际上本来好像也就是个招待所！
