连续三年在杭州转车住在这里，就图了他们家位置方便，前两年都会根据客户需求调整房间，今年入住时想调换家庭房告诉我没有了，晚上查看网上明明还有房子，又不是让你们免费调换，何必骗人呢，以后不会再来了。
