位置挺不错的，挺好找，离地铁站超级近，服务态度也ok，但是这个四星我是真的不敢恭维。。。房间不大，设施有点老，感觉没有在北京的三星好，但是这个节日这个价格还是比较良心，交通便利，还不错吧，去西湖坐地铁也就三站

表面上看是一个很不错的酒店，但是房间里面卫生太差，设备过于陈旧，电视机都老化了！还在那里放着！真是郁闷！

和朋友一起来玩，感觉还是很不错的，态度依旧很好，就是有一点忘记和前台说，我们刚入住的时候，有个自称是酒店工作人员的人过来敲门，说我们入住的时候身份证没有验证进去，问我们能不能把身份证交给他带下去重新验证一下，感觉很奇怪，酒店真的没有验证成功应该不会让人上来拿吧？毕竟身份证不可能随便交给别人，但是对方好像确实穿着工作西装，如果是假的，希望酒店加强安保和检查，避免别的客人上当受骗。
