酒店位置很好，紧邻武林广场，在房间可以看晚上喷泉秀，周边商场林立，步行五分钟内有机场大巴起止点，有地铁一号线可以直接到达西湖景区和杭州火车站，高铁站，位置交通非常方便，酒店房间面积不大，设施有点旧，但卫生还算干净，入住退房比较快，服务还不错，总体推荐!

如果单从外观名气甚至大厅来看，瑞豪给人都是一家五星级大酒店的感觉，但是进入房间会发觉很多让人失望和需要改进的地方。第一，入住的高级大床房，房间布局极其不合理，导致空间显得很小。第二，卫生堪忧，不仅床单上能看到头发，床头柜的电视遥控器是一层的灰。第三，设施老化，窗户竟然关不死，搭扣只能卡死一个，入住十五楼，依然很吵。第四，电梯噪音太大，上下发出的风躁声整个走廊都能听到，严重影响住客休息。
