每次去杭州都住瑞豪酒店，干净卫生，服务周到，比邻杭州大厦，西湖文化广场，吃饭很方便，杭州大厦有外婆家，胖哥俩等，西湖文化广场有新白鹿餐厅，避风塘。离西湖不远，走路半小时，地铁站很近，10分钟路程，离机场大巴20多米，总之吃住玩都很方便，早餐品种丰富。

全5星，酒店设备很齐全，地理位置非常好，周边的交通什么也很方便，工作人员很有礼貌，会帮忙提行李、推荐游玩的地方，很赞，以后来了就住这里。
