交通方便，只是前台入住时，工作人员没有与我确认我的住房信息，通过哪里订，第三方支付还是现付，住几晚之类（我订两晚，她开了一晚的房卡只收了一晚的押金，晚上回来发现房卡失效，用楼层电话联系前台，让我去续交押金，原本在一开始就可以一步解决的问题为什么要这么繁琐呢，入住时跟我确认我到底是不是住两晚不就好了，直接收取两晚订金）。原订单人间说没有改为双人间，反正独自一人这个没有关系。下次再来杭州还是会选择这里
