位置真的是很好找，龙翔路下来走五分钟就到了，check in check out都很顺畅，酒店设施偏老了，隔音一般，半夜能听到隔壁的声音。床垫枕头偏软，电视有可以点播的电影，还不错。

从07年开始，到杭州必住比家饭店。位置好得没话说，出去觅食方便得很。这次入住家庭房，有玩具，有水果和点心，非常满意。以后还是会住这里，真的太好了

本来订的侧湖景房 到了酒店帅哥帮我升到正湖景房 感觉蛮好滴 不过在五楼 要是再高点视野就更好了，酒店地理位置也很好 走到西湖只有五分钟 晚上看好音乐喷泉回去很方便
