墙上都是发霉的，前台动作慢还态度好差，早餐小孩要收15，居然连面包水果都没有。房间里插头不好用，空调也坏的，淋浴器弹不 出来。最最不满意的就是大床房的床小的不行。睡2个人都赶紧挤。下次不会去了

酒店整体感觉不错，早餐也不错，停车方便，环境安静，服务态度也很好，只是淋浴喷头上下水的互换坏了，虽然有人员及时维修，但效果还不是很好，希望再改进。

酒店很安静，离南宋御街步行可到，位置也算比较好，提供早餐，还可以。酒店设施比较旧，可以看出来有历史啦...

服务态度一点都不亲民，感觉谁白住一样！房间小的可怜，异味严重，性价比低，根本不像328的标准。第一天携程订房288，第二天续房还得按市价328付……前台小姑娘让我在携程上付，还把携程房态锁了，说没办法开……无语啊，几十块钱，大过年出来旅游是懒得跟她说。拖家带口的换酒店又影响行程，只能凑合。不推荐！！！

性价比不错 适合自驾有免费停车，离河坊街很近，晚上在酒店吃饭，价格也不贵，早餐小孩15快一个。还比较满意。
