订的大床房，一家三口，办理入住的时候，总台小姐说1.5米床三个人睡有点挤的，给了我们一间家庭式房间，里面有一张大床，一张小床，还免费送了孩子的早餐!房间很别致，卫生干净，立式大空调，早餐丰富，宾馆位置也好，离西湖不远，真是太感谢了，服务真是热情，以后来玩儿还住这儿。

设备太老了，标间的床挺小，早餐也不好，墙体也出现脱落，浴室是固定式的撒花喷头，无法拿下来，开关也破破的，总之环境真心不好。地理位置还不错离河坊街近，走个10来分钟就到了。

酒店的设施稍微有些陈旧，属于那种老的酒店了，但是服务比较好，比较赞的是二楼的餐厅。饭菜的味道十分可口，价格也比较实惠。距离西湖景区有一点距离，可以选择公交出行，距离杭州站和地铁口近，总体不错，下次入住还会选择这里。

因为带了孩子，之前备注要无烟房，到酒店居然升级了行政套间，非常棒，非常人性化的服务，房卡也给两个，还有取电卡，服务的细节做的很棒。这个酒店前台服务也非常棒，酒店的位置也很棒，离南宋御街很近，离西湖也就两三站，吃喝玩乐很方便，老牌酒店设施也很完善，总而言之是很棒的，早餐也不错，比之前武林广场另一家酒店好太多了，强烈推荐这一家！

酒店观及装修有些年头了，花405元，性价比一般，不含早餐，两瓶矿泉水都是要收钱的， 住了这么多的店这是头一回，事情虽小带给住客的感觉就不一样了。
