到那已经晚上11点了，前台小姐说人不多，可以优惠加200换成套房，犹豫后觉得太晚还是不换了，结果最后免费换了套房，说下次多惠顾下，我和老公回来想是不是销售策略？不过总体还是好评的，酒店还蛮干净，自动加热马桶，早晨吃完早餐，带宝宝在院里看看小动物，不是特别大，但是不影响个人喜欢

酒店在景区里，不大，养着一些散养动物，品种不多，喂食要到前台购买，一把草20，全是带小朋友来的，一幢楼4间房，隔音不好，一清早外面说话全听到了。杭州节假日是单双号限行的，酒店居然不能帮住客的车辆申请出行备案，搞得出行很不方便。另外说一下预定吧，早了三个月预订，没有担保，免费取消，结果到入住前半个月，艺龙电话告知要强行担保，否则就取消我的订单，担保后取消就扣房费，我能说这点很恶心吗

住的2间，一间有浴缸淋浴，卫生间开起来可以，另一间没有浴缸，并且卫生间是下台阶的像去车库的感觉，看起来很旧，地上像渗水一样的有水泥印。如果每一间房都好就好了

酒店环境真的不错，生意也超好的。只是下午茶或者晚餐是不是可以先考虑一下住店客人的需求，差点连晚餐都预订不到，实在是有点吓人。
