酒店总体不错，订房的时候要注意暗窗，服务员，态度不错，各方面比较周到，各方面服务比较周到，酒店交通便利，离地铁口近，离西湖也很近。

周边是凤起路和龙游路，龙凤呈祥。距离西湖一个路口之隔，与繁华市场商家餐饮零距离。每次来杭州我们都住这里。

酒店位置步行5分钟到西湖，旁边就是武林市集，吃饭买东西比较方便。房间订的是有窗的，入住了发现是所谓的内窗，和对面的窗户一胳膊的距离，黑漆漆的全是管道，设施老旧到不能正常工作，空调不制冷只吹风，进屋时24.5度，屋里不通风很闷，开了制冷2小时后显示27度，换了多种模式没有变化。房间里的小冰箱也不制冷，藏在柜子里还不停的发热。以后不会再订他家了。
