网上订的2点退房，酒店让你12点必须退房，客服态度特别差，让你有什么打网站电话，问一下网上预定那边是根据网上的规定还是店里的规定，从来没有遇到态度这么差的客服，实际情况与网上不符。环境也一般般，酒店设施也差。空调半天不热。
